Lærke joined Novo Holdings A/S in March 2022 as an Associate in Principal Investments. She participates in deal sourcing and execution and manages investments across the healthcare sector as part of the Copenhagen office.
Prior to joining Novo Holdings A/S, Lærke worked as an Associate at J.P. Morgan for 4 years, as part of the European Pharma and Biotech Equity Research team, following an investment banking internship at Morgan Stanley.
Lærke holds a BSc in Biochemistry from University College London.
